Since I'm shooting my mouth off I might as well back it up:

Quantity of edits - looks good, 1599

Member for 14 months, seems fine

Does have a variety of edits, cleaning up track titles, adding durations,
filling out band profiles, etc.

Constructive interaction with others on edits

Actually does some Classical and soundtrack edits as well, has bothered to
learn ClassicalStyleGuide.

Votes on edits

Has a shitload of subscriptions (133).

And heck, I've even "seen him around."  Will probably vote yes.
