[mb-automods] Should we change automod elections to require a two-thirds majority? (was: Automod Election: cord)

What are the advantages of Open Source, almost the same is for Open voting
here.
Such won't affect others directly, but will make them think twice before
voting (even abstain).
Also, if those votes are argued, even 4 "yes" vs 2 "no" will make much more
sense, than 35 "yes" vs 1 "no".
