 Rob, can you please evaluate whether WikiDocs transclusion can safely use
 the Moin CardMacro. This includes using variables in the calling page.

 As of now the expected behavior would be to always transclude the current
 revision. That's ok for now. The question is, whether I can expect this to
 happen, or wheter unpredictable things might happen if cards get
 transcluded.

 Also: How much work would it be to add revision control to cards? Note
 that I am not sure whether this is desirable. And if, whether the revision
 should be set in the transclusion table (would work as IncludeMacro) or in
 the calling macro.

 Also note that the CardMacro will change syntax if you upgrade Moin to 1.5
