 You're new in MusicBrainz, aren't you? You should read some documentation
 in order to understand how works MusicBrainz. For example
 MBWiki:BeginnersGuide and MBWiki:HowEditingWorks.

 All edits are not immediately applied: they should pass the vote, and then
 will be applied (or rejected).

 That's why you still see the artist as "Laetizia". However your tracks are
 now yellow-highlighted and that means there are pending edits for this
 track.
