 At some point in the last two weeks PicardQT stopped being able to submit
 PUIDs at all, despite restarts, multiple clicks on submit and different
 albums.

 I haven't had the problem at work tagging exactly the same mp3s.

 Error is always on lines 144 or 182, different KeyErrors though. (not sure
 if this is related, due to no timestamps). I have about 20 entries
 (presumably each time I've tried to click!) like the below:
