 The [mbwiki:TextFragment]s in the wiki currently use a plural wiki name
 and are used like that for [mbwiki:TextFragments/Popup popup]
 [mbwiki:WikiDoc]s. I'd like to have the rewrite rule for the popups be
 changed to a singular wiki name and the respective pages renamed (that is
 {{{http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/TextFragments/Popup}}} and all sub pages
 would become {{{http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/TextFragment/Popup}}}).

 Since the pages are explicitly referred to in the rewrite rule of the
 server (I think so anyway), this is not just a matter of renaming the
 pages but needs an adjustment in the server.
