Comment (by luks):

I'm sorry, but I'm still not sure if I understand it correctly. From what
I can see it the log, it tries to move for example file
 ''/Users/Mon_ami_Mani/Music/-= DropBox =-/LCD Soundsystem/Sound of
 Silver/LCD Soundsystem-01-Get Innocuous!.mp3'' to ''/Volumes/MUSIC/# Temp
 #/# Tagged #/LCD Soundsystem/Sound of Silver/01 - Get Innocuous!.mp3'',
but the file already exists so it moves it to ''/Volumes/MUSIC/# Temp #/#
 Tagged #/LCD Soundsystem/Sound of Silver/01 - Get Innocuous! (1).mp3''
instead. I assume /Volumes/MUSIC is an external drive.

Now, the problem is that it doesn't remove files the original from
 ''/Users/Mon_ami_Mani/Music/-= DropBox =-''?

Or that it writes the files with '' (1)'' at the end? If this is the one,
are you sure that ''/Volumes/MUSIC/# Temp #/# Tagged #/LCD
 Soundsystem/Sound of Silver/01 - Get Innocuous!.mp3'' didn't exist before
 saving the file?
