 Gecks, that's why I'm saying it's not a bad idea, but it ought to be
 overridable with a cautionary message, just as with adding a identically
 named artist.  In just about every instance that I catch a coverart AR
 being added using a non-permission site, it takes only a reminder to the
 adding editor for them to cancel the edit.
