 We could change the track number field to an array.[[BR]]
 The first entry would be numeric track numbers on the first CD-style
 release, if any, or a numeric list in sequential order for the first
 release is there is no such entity. Then add other valid track numbers in
 the second and successive entries in the array.[[BR]]
 (This does, of course, break any applications expecting a short integer,
 and leaves the problem of designing an entry interface for people who
 don't know what arrays are or how to enter them, a selection interface for
 taggers, etc., so....)
