 When loading some files into picard that has previously worked ok am
 getting an error about UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte
 0xc4 in position 37: ordinal not in range(128).  Full log below.  Was able
 to get some files to load after processing them in jaikoz and could also
 load the same files into mp3tag and modify tags ok, also the files play ok
 in music player.  If i scan them in picard they fail to be found as well.
 After scanning if they are saved anyway from the unrecognised list the
 tags get a big messed up, mainly turning title and filename into things
 like this:
 00 - 08 - U2 - Beautiful Day.mp3.mp3  ( the leading 00 - and second .mp3
 should not be there.
