 This will likely also become the case with
 http://musicbrainz.org/release/bcd13667-fd31-4288-bfe1-2e8d3d900323.html.
 As of 20-06-2008 it has no "pending moderation" yellow banner, but the
 release edit is still open until 03-07-2008.

 This happened after I approved two release name changes, one of which
 failed prerequisite. However, I did end up pressing approve twice on the
 failed one; it seems to have got two modbot messages, so maybe what has
 happened is that for each of those modbot passes/messages, it decremented
 the pending count, meaning it went 3 -> 2 -> 0 ?
