 Musicbrainz Picard locks up after I select Options -> Options.  After this
 happens the only way to close the program is to open the Windows Task
 Manager select it and press the <End Task> button.

 Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program to fix the issue with no
 luck.

 No log files were generated by this issue.
