Add Kingdom of Bohemia to the country list

I cannot find an ISO 3166-3 number for this one, if there is one; I'm assuming the ISO 3166-2:CZ codes wouldn't be the right ones to use.  However, the country was valid until 1918 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Bohemia ).  Thomas Edison had a separate Edison label based there, which released Bohemian releases; setting those to Czech Republic for the country of the label or the country of the release events would seem inaccurate.
