 I'm also not convinced the RPSL and/or RCSL are actually GPL compatible.

 https://community.helixcommunity.org/content/complicense claims they are,
 but then adds some weird restrictions which claim you cannot use the GPL
 in certain situations.  This doesn't seem GPL compatible to me and I would
 prefer to see that file replaced by a properly GPL'd version.
