Rob Keeney edited comment on MBS-1672 at 3/30/11 4:35 AM:
----------------------------------------------------------
Yes, clicking on the artist header *should* sort by artist, that's where the weirdness is. For example, page 1 of 21 has from the top:
Lyle Lovett (ignoring all the artists before L)
Felix Mendelssohn
Paul McCartney
The Mills Brothers
Derek and the Dominoes (huh?)
Johann Sebastian Bach (huh?)
...
...(the weirdness continues)
Clicking artist header again (to sort the other direction) it gets even weirder. Page 1 of 21 from the top:
Billy Oskay & Micheál Ó Domhnaill
Mark Vincent
Blues Traveler
Doc Watson
Buddy Holly (huh?)
...
...(more of the same nonsense)
None of the sorting makes any sense on the artist header. Others, yes. I can do screen shots, but not from this PC. Tomorrow if necessary, let me know if that would help.

> Collection artist sorts don't make any sense. The Master server is *mostly* correct though I don't understand why the artist 'Alex de Grassi' is dead last.
> The sort algorithm is even wackier on the test server. It's so bad I can't even describe it, be glad to provide a screen shot if that helps.
