[mb-datafeed] IMPORTANT: Schema change update

Hi!

One quick update to these procedures:

6.5 Fix the permissions on the newly created albummeta table, by doing:

     cd <mb_server dir>
     cd admin
     ./psql READWRITE
     grant select on albummeta to <read only DB user>

Where <read only DB user> is musicbrainz_user_ro is you're using a 
standard user setup. Take a look at mb_server/DBDefs.pm, Database 
section. The username to use is the name of the READONLY user.

That should fix the permissions on the new table.
