Hi!

In attempt to save on bandwidth costs, we hammered out an agreement  
with the Open Source Labs at Oregon State University to host our FTP  
traffic. This includes the replication packets -- in the last few  
days we managed to get this system working with OSL rsync'ing our  
contents 5 minutes after the hour.

However, just as the flipped the switch on what should've been a  
transparent move, their end stopped rsynch'ing our packets and all  
replication systems have stopped updating. We're in the process of  
reversing this move, and once we point the ftp DNS back to our own  
servers, the replication systems should start working again.
