Hi,

I have put a new version of MusicBrainz::Client on CPAN. 

This version contains the Win32 support provided by Tom Heady. I
backed out the -Wall CCFLAGS to avoid troubles with compilation.
It seemed unnecessary for module users, but I will add that flag
myself when testing.

I think we are getting pretty stable with this code, with only
two methods not being exposed. I could see us release the perl
bindings with the next release of libmusicbrainz.
