[mb-devel] Special UUIDs

Hi,

As some of you may know I have been trying to match up Surge Radio's  
music library up with MusicBrainz. I have now successfully matched  
all but 10 artists, however 5 of those I know can't be matched, as  
they are novelty/homemade tracks.

I need a way to mark those as 'will not match'. Having a blank  
'MusicBrainz Artist Id' means to me 'hasn't been matched up yet', so  
I was thinking of using a special UUID to indicate 'will never be in  
MusicBrainz'.

Does anyone else have a need for a Special UUID like this? Would it  
be useful to be standardized? Is using  
00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 a bad idea?
