Ah! I think the albummeta table has changed since that was created.

There is an extra puids column in that table now. That would be the 
reason!

Compare your CreateTablesSql.pl with the one at
http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/browser/mb_server/trunk/admin/sql/CreateTables.sql

add the puid stuff in the correct places (not only in albummeta), drop the 
database and rerun the import creating the db at the sametime.
