[mb-devel] [PATCH] add SetNotifyCallback in Python API

This patch adds the function SetNotifyCallback to libtunepimps Python  
API. The function was not wrapped.

It looks a bit funny because we have to hold a reference to the  
function all the time we want to call it. That caused me massive  
headaches figuring out.

Please include in next version of tunepimp.
