[mb-devel] RT_MASTER server on PostgreSQL 8.1

I know that Dave always has to do some hand-patching of the dbmirror  
stuff for each major release of PG. I don't think he has done this  
for 8.1 yet -- I forwarded this mail to him to get his feedback.
