Setting up mb_server using Apache and PostgreSQL is a big task already.
I doubt that you will get it working on a different web server and DB in
a reasonable amount of time.

Most probably, you won't even be able to import the database snapshot
because of minor incompatibilities in the data format (timestamps
are a problem, IIRC). More than that, mb_server depends on apache
functionality to store sessions, for example, so you won't be able to
use lighttp as a drop-in replacement.
