Of course. We're working to to slim down the INSTALL process, but  
we're not tying ourselves to a distro. We're also aiming to see if we  
can uaw as many debian/ubuntu available packages as possible. This  
should bring us a lot closer to doing an mb_server install on a  
recent ubuntu/debian distro by just apt-getting one package. :)
