Yes, but this way I couldn't use the same source package on (old) Debian, Ubuntu
Dapper and Edgy. This is of course not true now and I already have a fixed
package, as both Debian and Ubuntu switched to the new Python policy, but I
didn't have time to install an Edgy pbuilder and build all the packages there.
I think only python-musicbrainz2 depends on python2.4-ctypes, so if you really
want to install it on Edgy now (I'm not planning to support it until it's in
development), you can use the package from Debian and build it yourself:
