[mb-devel] subversion upgraded

Hi!

I was getting some mysterious working copy corruptions so I decided  
to upgrade subversion to 1.3.2 on scooby. (I didn't move to 1.4.0  
since it would require me to install/update more components than I  
currently care for).

So far I have not noticed the local repository corruption again --  
I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Let me know if you discover any problems since the update!
