[mb-devel] server list via libmusicbrainz

Sorry if this is a silly question, but... am I missing something, or is
there no way for a libmusicbrainz client to obtain a list of available
server mirrors? Short of hard-coding the server URLs, I can't see how to let
the user select a local server, or allow the client to swap servers if one
is down/busy.
