[mb-devel] Windows/Linux DiscIDs Still with Discrepancies?

Just noted that even in the latest CVS of libdiscid, Windows and  
other implementations STILL have the 150 sector leadout discrepancy  
on Enhanced-CDs (and others?), leading to multiple 'valid' DiscIDs.   
I seem to recall a list made of these affected discs on the Wiki at  
one point, but I'm wondering why no one has yet to reconcile this in  
the code...

It's possible to reconcile Linux to Windows with an addititonal  
system call, so far as I can tell (Use the single LBA returned by  
CDROMMULTISESSION in place of the leadout LBA returned by  
CDROMREADTOCENTRY), but I'm uncertain if it's possible with pure MCI...
