[mb-devel] RBrainz 0.4.0 with folksonomy tagging support

RBrainz 0.4.0 has been released. RBrainz is a Ruby library for
accessing the MusicBrainz web service. This release adds support for
folksonomy tagging. It is now possible to read and set user defined
tags for artists, releases, tracks and labels. For a full list of
