Glad to see it's so advanced already!
How soon do you think we could trust it not to break files? I was
wondering, do you think it's possible to have a script that takes a
big pile of files, _copies_ each of them to a temp directory,
instructs picard to tag them, and then feeds both files to a
comparator (or several, if available) that check if only the tags
changed?
