I suspect this caused by saving tags with cover art in version 2.4, which iTunes
can't read correctly. Try to change it in Picard to 2.3 and check if it still
happens. If yes, please file a bug report on http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ and
ideally also attach first few KBs of the file (or send it to me by e-mail).

Picard is currently being rewritten, but as my real job is keeping me busy I
don't have as much free time for it as I had when I started, so it goes quite
