[mb-devel] Revert Changeset 8783

Could someone please revert the following changeset?

The email address I use to read mailing lists is not the same as the
one I use for regular email and am subscribed to musicbrainz with.
I'm having to unsubscribe from mb-automods every hour because of this.

I think subscribing automods once when they are first elected is sufficient.
