Before I make a patch, what exactly is the problem that needs to be
solved?  From looking at mb-users it seems that:

1. Users who are elected as automods and are not on mb-automods should
be subscribed to mb-automods automatically with posting privileges.

2. Users who are elected as automods and are already subscribed to
mb-automods should have posting privileges activated.

Does this sound right?
