Our replication is built on the Postgres dbmirror code that can be  
found in the contrib section. IIRC that code is GPL and thus ours are  
as well. So, use it under the GPL without asking, or you'll need to  
get permission from the Postgres project and/or their contributors as  
well as Dave Evans and myself. That could be quite a bit of work.

What do you plan to use it for?
