[mb-devel] Folksonomy support

Hi Phil,

 From what I understand at the moment, tags.mb.org only provides  
rating support, and no folksonomy system (and I think you have to be  
logged in to see any of the data, at least - I haven't seen anything  
my self yet).

I could be wrong, but that's the gist I've got so far from idling in  
IRC.
