IMO, whatever the settings, the same information should be displayed the
same way (for example here the release titles should be capitalized the same
way). So I would consider this a web interface bug.

BTW, with all the discussions and the release title edits, I am lost. Could
someone please tell me what MB displays when the "For "Add Release" edits,
show the whole release ..." setting is checked and when it is unchecked?
