[mb-devel] PicardQT tag mapping

According to the mapping page (http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/PicardQt/TagMapping)
PicardQT stores the recording date as XRDC for 2.3.

When tagging, though, it seems the date gets stored in TYER, TDAT.

Which should it be doing?
