The durations are milliseconds, would made sense to store them as
integers, which would mean there are no rounding problems. However, it
could be possible those two durations differ in the milliseconds
range. The user interface does only display seconds, so you won't
notice the difference.

I guess the original time was submitted with a disc ID, which included
the microseconds. With the user edit the duration was recalculated,
this time only with a precision of seconds.

That's only my guess, I don't know the MB internals.
