Looks good to me. I can see some changes we'll want to make to the  
data model

It would be best to get most of the text into the application, but  
even if you were to leave out the text its still clear to me where you  
want to head with this project.

LOL.

I think the graph is a little confusing, but its clear that you see  
all the pieces that need to be considered, so I'm happy with it.

Go update your proposal -- I think you're doing a good job putting  
together this proposal!
