[mb-devel] Track querying w/o providing a title

Thanks, but I'm no so concerned with the actual query, but with the
discrepancy between the wiki docs and the server behavior. I'm working
on a C# MusicBrainz client library and this query gave me an
exception, so I'm trying to track down the problem. Is this an issue
with the MB servers, or have I misunderstood the documentation?
