The reason it is lowercased is probably for Portuguese, where "do" is "of the" 
(and maybe Italian?) but I agree that Guess Case should capitalize it as "Do", 
rather than make it lowercase.

While fixing that, perhaps we could add a "Caps first only" button for use with 
titles in all the non-English languages where the capitalization rules are to 
use normal sentence capitalization (first word only, except for names)?  This 
would be for an individual title only; given the likelihood of at least one 
name in an entire album of titles, I don't see a need for a "Caps all first 
only" button to do this for all the titles in an album.
