I would certainly vote for a sortname of "L'Arc~en~Ciel" (same as artist name).

I can't really support "Raruku An Shieru", as sorting them under 'R' would be 
as counter-intuitive for most non-Japanese as the current sorting under 'A' is 
for Japanese.
