[mb-style] RFV: Translation Transliteration Relationship Type

So who is the person to talk to to get this done? The AR is live but doesn't
distinguish between Transliteration ar Translation yet.
Also I'd say the voting for the naming of the Release Status is over,
Pseudo-release won it leading the pack by 3 votes (not my favorite choice
but the people have spoken). Who can enter that into the options for
Release Status?
Once the changes are made I'll update the wiki.
