I have still not been convinced that adding transliteration/translation 
attributes is either necessary or desirable.  Several other people 
agreed on this list that having the server compute this is best.  It's 
not clear to me when Dustin asks "who is the person to talk to to get 
this done" just exactly what he wants done, but I would still oppose 
adding the attributes as they exist now on the test server.

I would say that Lukas is probably the best person to ask about an 
enhancement to the album page to display the name correctly as 
translation or transliteration.

If it will be a long time before he (or Rob) could get to this, I'd be 
more open to the version where the attribute is optional, and if present 
simply adds "iter" to the appropriate place.  That way at least some of 
the data in the database already would display correctly.  I will try to 
get this up on the test server shortly so that you can see how that 
would look.
