[mb-style] ARs for labels

************************
About the problem of Labels rename.
************************

I've been semi-following the thread about artist name changes, but
anyhow I think the problem for labels is only semi-related, mainly
because labels names (unlike "perf" names) are *legal* thingies, and
they don't (like artist) use "bogus" variants each time they take too
much booze .

Though, official renames do occur.

I can think about the following solutions:
a - ignore the problem
b - simply have a new Labels-Labels AR,
"Label A has been renamed to Label B in YYYY-MM-DD".

Problems I can think of with solution (a):
We ignore the problem.

Problems I can think of with solution (b):
i - we'll indeed split the label catalog in multiple parts
ii - a label changing name may very well "silently" reprint the
previous stuff with the very same cat numbers under the new label
name, possibly leading us to the situation of "duplicated" releases
entries.

Question now is:
(a) or (b)? (eg: which problems are more acceptable?)

************************
To spin-off or not
************************

Do we want the extra Label--Label AR:
"Label B is a spin-off of Label A"

Is it justified, or do we already have enough to handle the complexity?
A owned B (DATE-X-DATE-Y)
B was renamed to C (DATE-Y)
