Well I have had zero comments on this RFC so I guess it's time to RFV it.

In the spirit of the Promo Only and
http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/CategorySeriesStyle; I thought I'd submit
an RFC for DMC's DJ Only series (http://www.dmcworld.com/djonly/).
Like Promo Only, DMC is the name of the company that releases these DJ
promo albums, is visible on the covers of the releases, and as such
needs to be included in the release title. Here is what I propose
(sorry if some of this looks familiar krazykiwi ;) - best to keep
things uniform!):

==== begin proposed style ====

This page describes the style to be used for DMC series releases.
Enter these releases as follows:

DMC: Series Name Title # (or Year if no number and Year is part
of the title)

The Series Name should be one of those in the list below. All DMC
series releases should be listed as Promotional, and Compilation. The
Month and Year should be stated in full (October, not '10' and 2006,
not '06').

Some of the issues are multiple discs, and are labelled A and B.
Normal DiscNumberStyle applies to these.

Examples:
        DMC: DJ Only 85
        DMC: Commercial Collection 268
        DMC: Monsterjam 8
        DMC: Monsterjam 1999
DMC: DJs Guide to... Garage, Volume 2
        DMC: Complete Party, Volume 1
        DMC: Best of Dance

Series Names:
Current series (and what they contain) are:
DJ Only - DMC's advance promo service on behalf of the music
industry, it combines high priority industry Pop, Dance, House, R&B,
and Indie tracks on a monthly double CD.
Commercial Collection - DMC's monthly double CD, his essential DJ
tool is designed for the commercial, cross-over and mobile DJ, giving
the widest possible choice of music for clubs, venue bars and mobile
functions. It features over two hours of megamixes and commercial
remixes from some of DMC's world famous producers.
Club Cuts - Quality remixes ranging across the spectrum of house
music, from garage through to trance.
Essential Hits - All tracks are recent hits not featured on the DJ
ONLY series to complete an on-going collection of continuous hits
between the two series.
Essential Club Hits - Ten of the best current Club Hits. All 12"
Mixes for the DJ who wants more!
Monsterjam - Monsterjams are DMC yearly double CDs that include
sixty+ of the best and biggest hits of each year in two continuous 74
minute mixes. (*** do we enter these as 2 single tracks or do we force
people to break them up?)
                R&B Monsterjam
                Party Monsterjam
                MonsterGlam
                Disco Monsterjam
                80's Monsterjam
                90's Monsterjam
DJ's Guide - These double and triple CD Compilations are genre based
or themed. Must include "to..." in the title (see examples above)
Box Set - This is our biggest selection of tracks that is truly
becoming a rely-on set. Sixteen 4-CD box sets to date with some 1200+
tracks to date. Naming starts with "DMC: Complete " (see examples
above)
Best of - The Best Of Series covers tracks compiled from the DMC
Vaults that are generally deleted mixes, remixes, bootlegs and two
trackers.

Excluded series:
(Not sure about this section, can move to series names above).
DVD Hits - These are new regular DVDs with Music Videos containing
current tracks. (***do we care about these?)
Best of - Compilations that begin with "The Best of DMC..." should be
excluded, "DMC: The Best of DMC..." seems redundant. As well, a few
titles in the series do not have Best of in front, e.g. Motown
Megamixes, Party Classics, etc. and as such should not contain "Best
of" in the title (**not sure how to word this better)

Release date on these will be tricky as there is no release date
indicated on the actually release. It does state on their website that
"Each Monthly CD is normally available from the 1st of each month.",
but aside from that I couldn't find any further release date
information. The exception to this is the Essential Club Hits which
the "release date shoud be mid-month between the DJ Only releases".
All releases come from the UK as it is a series that is "restricted to
DJs or Club Owners resident in the European Union or Scandinavia." and
the contact information lists UK contact information.

I'll figure out the wiki entry after this is RFV'd.
