[mb-style] RFV: DMCSeriesStyle

This is hardly my "pet series" so to say. There are quite a few of
these in MB different styled titles that it's hard to tell what is
what sometimes. krazykiwi led the front on the PromoOnlySeriesStyle
and I think that was a great effort to clean up that series.
