[mb-style] AbbreviationStyle and [trad.], [anon.]

I think the original argument was that the abbreviated forms in these
two cases were much more common. That doesn't seem to be the case
though. Use Last.fm to compare "traditional" [1] with "trad." [2]... I
see no reason not to be consistent with our no-abbreviations-rule
here! (wow, 3 negations)

P.S.: I suggest you don't look at the number of users using our format :p [3]
