"when it is inaccurate / uncomplete", a good guideline. This is far from 
a carte blanche for enforcing a common pattern on accurate and complete 
titles. My point is that we should keep as close as possible to the 
originals.

It is hardly graceful to distort/modify common comma usage.

Yes, there is. Try the release search for "volume .* monteverdi".
