[mb-style] Should we change Classical Rules?

I don't believe "strong accent on the performer" could
ever be well-defined. In fact, the release I'm
currently entering emphasizes performer (Chanticleer),
but the artist (Ignacio de Jerusalem) is prominent on
the cover too. It has two tracks by another composer.
